Terms of Service

Last Updated: December 4, 2025

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "creator", "member", or "user") and CrownThrive, LLC ("CrownThrive", "Lyfted Society", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Lyfted Society platform, located at https://lyftedsociety.com (the "Platform"). Lyfted Society is a culture-driven, short-form creator hub that provides tools for publishing, protecting, and monetizing content through subscriptions, pay-per-view access, tips, live sessions, and related features (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, using the Platform, or accessing any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms, including policies that are referenced or incorporated by reference in this document (such as our Privacy Policy, community standards, and monetization rules). If you do not agree, you must not use Lyfted Society.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

1.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to create an account, upload content, receive payouts, or otherwise use the monetization features of Lyfted Society.

1.2 Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Promptly updating your information if it changes

1.3 One Account Per Individual

Lyfted Society may limit each individual to a single primary creator account. Alternate, test, or brand accounts may be allowed at our discretion, but all such accounts remain subject to these Terms. We may merge, restrict, or disable duplicate accounts to protect platform integrity.

1.4 Verification and KYC

We may require identity verification (for example government issued ID, selfie verification, address checks) before:

  • Activating monetization features
  • Enabling withdrawals or payout methods
  • Granting or maintaining a "verified" badge
  • Investigating potential fraud, abuse, or policy violations

You agree that failure to complete requested verification may result in limited features, holds on funds, or suspension of your account.

1.5 Business Entities

If you register on behalf of a company, organization, label, or brand, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" will refer to both you and that entity.

2. Description of the Platform and Services

2.1 Core Features

Lyfted Society is built as a short-form video and media platform where creators can:

  • Upload short-form videos and media ("Reels", "Posts", or "Content")
  • Set visibility for each Post (public, followers only, subscribers only, premium or paywalled)
  • Host live sessions for fans and subscribers, where available
  • Earn income via subscriptions, pay-per-view unlocks, tips, and other paid interactions
  • Engage through likes, comments, and other social features
  • Access creator dashboards with earnings, audience, and engagement analytics

Some features may be in beta, rolled out gradually, or available only in certain regions or to verified accounts.

2.2 Monetization Modes

Subject to eligibility and compliance, creators may use some or all of the following monetization modes:

  • Public Videos – Free to view content used to grow reach and discovery
  • Followers only Content – Content visible only to users who follow your profile
  • Subscribers only Content – Content visible only to paying subscribers on recurring plans
  • Premium / Pay Per View Posts – Posts locked behind a one time payment at a creator defined price within platform limits
  • Tips and Donations – Voluntary payments from viewers to creators
  • Live Sessions and Drops – Real time interactions that may include tipping, pay to join, or subscriber only access

2.3 Third Party Integrations

To operate the Platform, we may integrate third party services, including but not limited to:

  • Payment gateways and processors
  • Streaming, media processing, and content delivery networks
  • Notification, analytics, security, and communications providers

Your use of these services may be subject to additional terms and policies from those third parties. Where applicable, you must comply with those terms. Your violation of those third party terms may also be treated as a violation of these Terms.

2.4 No Guarantee of Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time. Features described here may be updated, removed, or replaced.

3. Earnings, Fees, and Payments

3.1 Creator Pricing and Controls

As a creator, you may set:

  • Subscription prices within the ranges allowed by the Platform
  • Prices for premium or pay per view posts within the platform minimum and maximum limits
  • Visibility settings and access tiers for each piece of content

Lyfted Society retains the right to define global minimums, maximums, and increments for pricing, and to change these ranges as needed for compliance, risk management, or operational reasons.

3.2 Platform and Processing Fees

To operate the Platform, Lyfted Society charges fees, which may include:

  • Platform share on subscriptions, tips, pay per view unlocks, and other monetized actions
  • Payment processor fees to cover third party transaction costs (percentage and fixed amounts)
  • Taxes or regulatory surcharges required in specific regions, displayed at or before checkout where possible

Fees are automatically deducted from amounts paid by buyers before funds are allocated to your creator balance. Any fees displayed in dashboards or reports are estimates and may be adjusted based on processor rules and local law.

3.3 Earnings, Wallets, and Withdrawals

Earnings from monetization activities generally accumulate in your platform wallet or balance. You acknowledge that:

  • There may be a minimum withdrawal threshold that must be reached before a payout can be requested
  • We may apply rolling reserves, hold periods, or delays to manage chargebacks, refunds, or fraud
  • Withdrawals may be subject to geographic availability of payout providers and compliance checks
  • All payments are net of platform fees, payment processor fees, applicable taxes, and other authorized deductions

3.4 Minimum Payout Threshold and Schedule

We may require that your available balance reach a minimum amount (for example fifty dollars in USD) before payouts can be requested or automatically processed. Payouts may run on weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedules, and timing may vary based on region, bank processing, weekends, and holidays.

3.5 No Earnings Guarantee

We do not guarantee that you will earn any particular amount of income through the Platform. Any earnings simulators, dashboards, or projections are provided for illustration only and do not represent promised or typical results.

3.6 Taxes

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due on your earnings in accordance with the laws in your jurisdiction. We may collect tax information or documentation when required and may provide summary reports, but we do not provide tax advice.

3.7 Earnings Holds and Risk Reviews

We may temporarily hold, delay, or reverse earnings if:

  • We detect or suspect fraud, unauthorized transactions, or high chargeback rates
  • We receive disputes or complaints related to your content or conduct
  • You fail identity verification or required compliance checks
  • We are required by law, court order, or payment processor rules

In serious cases, we may permanently withhold funds associated with clearly fraudulent or illegal activity.

4. User Conduct, Prohibited Content, and Community Standards

4.1 General Conduct

By using Lyfted Society, you agree that you will not:

  • Encourages hate, harassment, or discrimination based on protected characteristics
  • Promotes terrorism, organized crime, or other criminal acts
  • Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
  • Violates privacy or publicity rights, including non consensual recordings or doxxing
  • Includes spam, scams, deceptive offers, or misleading earning claims
  • Attempts to circumvent platform rules, fee structures, or safety systems

4.3 Live Video and Messaging

  • Moderate your sessions to prevent prohibited content and harassment
  • Immediately end any session that becomes non compliant with these Terms
  • Follow any instructions from Lyfted Society regarding content removal or session termination

4.4 Community Guidelines and Enforcement Overview

We may publish additional community guidelines that further explain acceptable behavior and content. Those guidelines are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violations of these standards may result in content removal, feature restrictions, earnings holds, or account termination.

5. Safety, Reporting, and Enforcement

5.1 Reporting Tools

Users may report content or accounts they believe violate these Terms or applicable law. Reports may be submitted through built in reporting tools or any contact method listed on the Platform.

5.2 Our Safety Actions

We may respond to violations or risks by:

  • Removing or limiting access to specific content

  • Freezing or holding earnings while an investigation is pending
  • Suspending or terminating accounts
  • Reporting serious issues to law enforcement or relevant authorities

5.3 No Obligation to Monitor

We are not obligated to monitor all content or user activity, but we may do so where necessary to protect the Platform or its users. The absence of immediate enforcement for a particular violation does not waive our right to enforce these Terms later.

6. Intellectual Property and Licensing

6.1 Your Content and License to Lyfted Society

As a creator, you retain ownership of the original Content you upload to Lyfted Society, subject to any applicable agreements you enter into with CrownThrive or across the wider ecosystem.

By uploading, posting, or otherwise making Content available on the Platform, you grant Lyfted Society a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free, transferable, and sublicensable license to:

  • Promote your Content and profile within Lyfted Society and across CrownThrive owned channels
  • Create thumbnails, previews, pixelated previews, transcoded versions, and backups for performance and safety

This license exists solely to operate, promote, and improve the Platform and ends when you remove your Content, subject to reasonable caching, backup, archival limits, and previously purchased access by users who paid for that Content.

6.2 Lease Based Operational Model

You acknowledge that Lyfted Society operates as a lease based access platform. You do not gain any ownership in the underlying software, codebase, or infrastructure by using the Platform. You lease access to tools, distribution, and audience features while retaining ownership of your original creative works.

6.3 Platform IP

The Platform itself, including its code, design, branding, and infrastructure (excluding user generated content), is owned or licensed by CrownThrive, LLC and its licensors. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Platform
  • Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense Platform access itself
  • Create derivative platforms that replicate Lyfted Society's implementation

6.4 Trademarks

"Lyfted Society" and related logos and marks are trademarks or service marks of CrownThrive, LLC. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except to truthfully reference the Platform as a user or creator.

7.2 Refund Policy

Unless required by law:

  • All purchases are generally final and non refundable
  • We are not obligated to provide refunds for dissatisfaction, inactivity, or subjective reasons
  • Refunds may be considered in limited cases such as technical error, duplicate payments, or proven fraud

7.3 Chargebacks and Disputes

If a buyer initiates a chargeback or dispute, we may:

  • Provide relevant information to the payment provider or bank
  • Remove the disputed amount from the creator's balance
  • Apply any chargeback related fees according to payment processor policy
  • Restrict accounts with repeated or suspicious dispute activity
